Bank statements into a clean ledger, without retyping a line

Upload bank statements and receipts. FinScope extracts every transaction, checks it against the bank’s balances and builds a ledger you can export to Excel.

Free during beta. No card needed.

During the beta, documents are read by an AI service on a free tier, and its provider may use them to improve its models. Upload only documents you are comfortable testing with.

About in-app support

Questions, answered

Bank statement PDFs, Excel or CSV exports, and photos or scans of receipts and statements (PNG, JPG, WEBP, GIF). PDFs and images can be up to 25 MB each; Excel and CSV files can be up to 10 MB and 2,000 rows each. FinScope turns all of them into one clean list of transactions.

FinScope reads the opening and closing balances printed on the statement and checks that the extracted transactions add up to them. A statement that does not reconcile is flagged and kept out of the confirmed totals until you have looked at it.

Your files are stored privately and can only be reached through FinScope itself, never through a public link. During the beta, documents are read by an AI service on a free tier whose provider may use them to improve its models, so upload only what you are comfortable testing with. The Privacy page explains this, retention, deletion and the outside services we use.
